Sorry have Kite and Juno both completes positive phase 3 trials?
KITE had completed their pivotal trial with full results and already submitted the BLA for approval. Were only two months from being approved at time of BO.
JUNO had comlpeted their pivotal trial with full results and was working on the BLA at time of BO.
That they were P2 trials mean nothing. One can be approved even on a P1 if it proves efficacy. The JUNO/KITE trials were registrational quality and proved safety/efficacy.
To assert that NWBO was further along than KITE and JUNO were at the time is complete BS.
