I’m not sure how FOIA works. Just because they retracted their request doesn’t mean you did? You specifically asked for something. Should they still not send you the information?
Absolutely bizarre that Amarin would retract their FOIA request.
Can't help but wonder WHY:
A miscommunication with the lawfirm that they hired? but it's insane that the lawfirm would not run by Amarin's management before submitting to FDA.
A change of heart? Amarin decided not to piss off FDA by proceeding with the FOIA, but then what the hell were they thinking when they submitted it, just a few days prior to retraction.
