If Amarin isn’t in court Monday morning with a writ of something or other I’m going to be one disappointed shareholder.
Which reminds me, when can we expect an answer regarding the writ before the Supreme Court ? Is that an expedited process or a long drawn out event like the lower court ITC action proved to be.
The way our luck is running I expect the Supreme Court to rule against us, despite the merits of the case.

Disagree completely. It’s time to focus on getting the label change and absolutely NOTHING more. Yes, clinics must be canceled, vacations, weddings, birthday parties, FOIA requests, Supreme Ct challenges, and all other appointments need to take a back seat.

This is the culmination of countless years of skin off the backs of literally thousands of people. It’s time to put vindictiveness, anger and all disagreements aside and they need to be put on hold until the label change... period!
