So you think the FDA will play nice and grant us approval if AMRN stops being aggressive and submits to them? I doubt it. Especially if BP is involved somehow.

That’s not an option anymore. Too much is at stake to just sit back and trust that the FDA will do the right thing. For god sakes they scheduled an ADCOM after the PDUFA date. If anyone can find another example of that please share with me.

MP-Oh if only the FDA would play nice...but they have no interest. Amarin has no interest falling victim to the next arbitrary and capricious FDA regulatory decision.
