I'm afraid that's not how any restaurant works.

Tables need to be turned over at a very specific rate in order to meet or beat the breakeven point. Noone knows what those numbers are except for AMFE; which is why I asked the question.

So, just getting $8 for a person to sit and buy nothing is bad business.
