Wow. A lot of good stuff in the PDF. I wish that $USRM would have had a jury trial. Whatever proprietary information that USRM was trying to keep quiet must be worth losing to the FDA.

When can they appeal

I do not know the appeal process, do they have to wait for final injunction. LookS like maybe not.

I viewed the injunction back and forth as usrm lawyers focusing the injunction on svf as a drug.

With that in place they can appeal go after the FDA.

Guessing the 500k was for the law firm.
