That’s a good guess of where the 500k is going to, mine as well.
Not sure how long they’d have to wait to appeal but It definitely appears they want that door kept wide open in case they’d like to. Which makes me believe they will. All imo
They just gave final injuction. They are not allowed to perform any of those svf treatments. They are making zero money meanwhile management continues taking 250k+ salaries on shareholders expense with issuing shares into the structure.
