Agreed good stuff. Not sure they would’ve got that wish granted to have a jury trial. If you remember FDA filed for summary judgment too so if she found, in her opinion, enough to side with the FDA she wouldn’t have let it go to trial either way. However It looks like they want to appeal this so we’ll see.
