It is covered at tier 4 as a non-preferred drug which means super high copays.

No patient will pay for it.

That’s why generic lovaza grows along with Vascepa.

Btw this happens to me daily.

G, you are a very smart guy and an invaluable resource for business questions, but you are so far out of your depth here that you can’t even see where the current has taken you. You should withdraw from this debate because the doctors on this board, the prescribers, are the real world.

I don't care what "Managed Markets Insight & Technology" says - in 2018, UnitedHealth had 23% of Part D patients, and UHC does not cover V, period - not even on T4 - download their Part D formularies for 2018 and 2019 if you don't believe me (I did). Throw in Kaiser's 4% and you get 27% w/o any coverage for V, not going to bother checking other plans to see if uncovered % is even higher than that, my point has already been made.
