I do not see any reason that to be a doctor / prescriber is necessary to understand the facts: 96% Covered in Medicare. It is a question, it should not be decided, it does not depend on a view or knowledge … it is a fact, the info available for everybody.
Covered means covered and does not mean available and could be paid by the patient …
To avoid any doubt: I did not question his personal experience, but his statement about JT
and Medicare coverage in the US (isn't among his patients) isn't correct.
