The guy is untrustworthy
considering his track record of deception.
The risk of being hosed and blindsided with
a long term hold is too great to take the chance.
Should it ever see any upside again, it could
provide a trade opportunity or should he
ever deliver some current fins I could read
that show in actual audited numbers what
these new cafes margins are, then maybe.
