JT's perception of insurance coverage does not match reality, especially the ridiculous statement about 90% of Medicare at T2 - it's more like 10% on T4 - I have no idea who's feeding him these numbers, but if it's an AMRN employee they should be fired for incompetence. The "predominantly unrestricted" bit also doesn't match the evidence we have, either provided by the docs on this board who (try to) prescribe V to patients, and from people who tried to get V but were denied, or approved after PA, or have to pay huge monthly copays, something many refuse to do when the sticker shock hits.
