Please upload your database (which contains all available plans in the US, inc. Vascepa parameters [Tier, PA / no PA, ST / no ST, etc.]) and we could calculate the real coverage … or send it to Amarin and they could compare it with their database …

I am 100% sure they have one … let's see yours.
