Jeff Ritchie can just vote no with his preferred stock and party is over.

I can't decide if Jake Noch is really that clueless about how his common stock has no real voting rights or if he is just trying to pump the stock price because his goal all along was to sell his stock into the market after he bought it like he did with VNUE after using his Pro Music Rights company to run a pump & dump on that one.

Well, the Series AA and Series A preferred are the control block, so I'd say if Jake calls a shareholder meeting, no one will come.

What do we know about Jake? He looks very young in the photo we've seen. But his father died in 2005, which Jake was 20 years old. So that would make him 33 or 34 now.

Sure, his father was in the finance business, but does Jake know anything about it? Not necessarily. One possibility to consider is that he failed to get the kind of advice he needs.
