I don't know what state this company is domiciled in, but you have to qualify as a shareholder to call an emergency. I have seen a few issuers, and I mean real ones not stinkies put out press releases that have been successful, I just don't think he qualifies to call and announce an emergency.
Well, all good things come to an end. About to board plane. First class was full, so no upgrade, but at least I got an upgrade to extra comfort.
