well, considering that the company has not authorized the issuance of shares in two years, i doubt that the os is as high as most of you are claiming. do your dd and stop speculating. make some calls. talk to some folks. you might learn something. and you might decide to buy after you do some real research. there is a method to the madness here. yes, those shares are personally his. nobody said they were not. but, there is a strategy behind the purchase. it's sucking shares out of the float. if i buy 300 mil shares for $50k and later retire 250 mil of them and the stock runs over .01 or .02 or .03, what will my 50 mil shares be worth at .01 or .02? try $500k-$1.5M vs $50k that i paid for the 300 mil. that's a helluva lot more than trying to dump 300 mil at .0006 or .001 and driving down the pps for an average of .005 which would only be $200k profit. not to mention still having a controlling interest in the company if that is what he able to negotiate.
