Series AA Preferred have all the voting rights.

Series AA Preferred stock has all the control = super simple concept to understand.

You can own all the common shares and you still have no voting control over the shell = super simple concept to understand.

No filing yesterday said that the Series AA Preferred shares changed hands

IFLM is nothing but a senseless pump & dump

Based on Noch's two Schedules 13, he bought his position on 30 and 31 May, through E*Trade. What he bought was common stock only. He may have purchased more since then, but if he has, he'll still have to pick up the Series A supervoting preferred, and the Series AA preferred, which supplements the Series A, if he wants to control the shell.
