OK, Janice, here is a 10 day chart of hourly pricing and volume for IFLM. Notice how much the volume dried up after the first hour or so in today's session. Obviously the usual gang of penny speculators have jumped in on a whim and, as usual, aren't allowing the facts to get in the way of a good story.
and how do you know that he isn't in fact negotiating rights to pick up the Series A voting stock too? i have actually heard that he is buying out the majority ownership in the company. if that is true, i would imagine that it would include those voting shares as well.
