You are questioning mgmt ability on writing a winning SAP. That is imo the easiest part. The hardest part is how many survivors in it since this is the substance that you will base your SAP writing on. The number of survivors is the proof that the vaccine works. That is the gold standard.

IF IF NWBO PRed an approved SAP the SP will climb.
If they report more wonderful unblinded data as they have for some time nothing significant will happen.
