The market does not question if DCVAXL is effective the market knows it is. The market is unsure if NWBO management is capable of providing an approved SAP hence the low MC. Thats where we are now at with NWBO.

IF IF NWBO PRed an approved SAP the SP will climb.
If they report more wonderful unblinded data as they have for some time nothing significant will happen.
