ActiPatch is a Safe and Effective Pain Reliever. If it was not the FDA would not have given it 3 510k Clearances. The NHS would not have Approved it for use and reimbursement on 65 million people in the UK. CVS would not have placed it in over 380 of their stores for the last 9 months.
If BIEL was a "share selling scheme" the Whelans would not have poured millions of their own dollars into the company and people with the stature of Dr. Richard Staelin and Dr. Ken McLeod would not have worked with BIEL.
The fact that BIEL is a sub penny stock today that operates in the red is due to poor management decisions. The remedy for that is simple, new management.
