Why don't you see how far you can get in a class action law suite?
This was and is a share selling scheme. Cooked up and well orchestrated by the Whelan's fine family members and their renowned reputation. Now they're tapped out, maxed to the top. FDA? More of those is just a hook to keep some enticed. They can't sell enough product now with what they already have.
