What I learned, through simply listening and careful research, is that there is a reliable team of existing employees and others ready to step in to help fix the problems instead of the blame and create success and resulting wealth for shareholders, including the Whelan family. I will say I like any solution that helps all investors, BIEL employees and the entire Whelan Family become wealthy and successful.

Keep in mind I really don’t care who proves to be right in making BIEL a success just as long as it gets done.

That sounds like a very encouraging scenario you've painted Simpsonly. Liked the non-interference and expanded BoD demands you made especially. There is certainly some talent behind them walls at Biel that needs to be exploited. It would be a pity for shareholders if something doesn't happen fairly fast. GL Go Biel$$$

So, to make a long STORY short, BIEL'S continued declines in sales after 2015's top is causing into question Andy Whelan and his IBEX daughter their competency? If you really thought this gizmo device was worth it why not just purchase, say 500M more shares and take complete control.
