"So are we to assume Keith knowingly brings BIEL into another huge opportunity when his boss will shoot it down?"

Hawk, it's not just the dysfunctional and ailing CEO sabotaging the successful sales efforts of Keith Nalepka, time and time again with CEO imploded deals with KT Tape, Dr. Scholl's and CVS, or the abysmal mismanagement expiration and non-renewal of the CE Mark causing a half million dollar shipment bound for the EU to be declared as "Deferred Sales" for over a year. What? It's deferred payment, but who defers sales? That's an acronym for fubar!

It's also the multi-messes, behind the curtain, that need to be well managed to get this company out of the toilet it's been in for years, always overshadowed by the positives of ActiPatch. The information here only scratches the surface. What we all, as shareholders, don't know, is what some of us, sadly, do know.

Fasten your seatbelt Hawk. What I learned, through simply listening and careful research, is that there is a reliable team of existing employees and others ready to step in to help fix the problems instead of the blame and create success and resulting wealth for shareholders, including the Whelan family. What?

How do I know this to be true? 100% guaranteed, take it to the bank, fact? Because I and other shareholders have been quietly approached to consider investing additional capital to finance the expected turnaround by a proven, competent management team.

My answer? I will seriously consider it, only if Andrew Whelan retires, as he has stated to a number of people he wishes to do, from CEO, President and CFO, to remain only as Chairman, on an expanded BoD and a non-interference committment. FDA, CE Mark, payables, debts, US retail deals, sales, profits, share price, SHAREHOLDERS!

Everyday happenings in the corporate world, but not for those with Founder's Syndrome. They often hang on, not realizing their experience is appreciated, needed and valuable, until they go down in flames and there's a bonfire, with share certificates as fuel.
