A little googling on my part comes up with the location on 4th Street in St. Petersburg. Pretty much a non-descript office building of 3 stories with an insurance agency and an ice cream shop in the same building.

One firm listed at address is A PATH TO WELLNESS ….a holistic healing center. I'm not saying the same people as are writing the report, but I am inclined to think so...."where's there's smoke, there is fire".

The large first section of this "report" is discussion on MO and how it impacted the trial, and they extrapolate some likely very wonky data and probably come up with ridiculously bad results - I can pretty much guarantee their data analysis is statistically invalid.
