A little googling on my part comes up with the location on 4th Street in St. Petersburg. Pretty much a non-descript office building of 3 stories with an insurance agency and an ice cream shop in the same building.

One firm listed at address is A PATH TO WELLNESS ….a holistic healing center. I'm not saying the same people as are writing the report, but I am inclined to think so...."where's there's smoke, there is fire".

There is also an acupuncturist in the building, but not sure if associated with A Path to Wellness or Blend-Pharma.

I think I would rather have a half-gallon of Rocky Road ice cream from the ice-cream shop!!!
