That A273 is safe or not is just one hurdle the other is efficiency.
I am sure one can find 15 Alzheimer patients reporting to sleep better and have other live improvements from vitamin B12, doesn't mean B12 will be granted approval for improvement of sleeping disorder with Alz. patients.
And let me tell you one thing vitamin B12 are a heck of a lot more safe then A273!
