Based on the 2-minute interview with the Impossible CFO that I posted, I would say Impossible is overplaying its cards with respect to Saving The Planet. On the other hand, it's hard to argue with the $300M they just raised in the private market (#msg-148814816).
Oakes, I have posted a patent of Impossibles several time, but I can't see all of it now now. But, it stated that "Some versions of heme could be gluten free, soy free, yeast free, machine chemicals free and more." I suspect their version 3 will be a "healthier" version, or maybe call it a politically correct version?
Impossible on November 8, 2018 stated on November 8th that they would be in grocery stores "Soon". and Version 3 would be out "Soon". I read they can't keep up with supplying restaurants version 2, thus another $300M fund raise.
