If Ustin was such a good attorney why does this company even matter anyway. Does his lively hood depend on SBES? LOL

We see attorney's with frivolous filings and cases daily. Watch the nightly news. Ambulance chasers and out and out untruths stated to cause delays and just trouble for folks.

We should consider something else. Ustin sees the writing on the wall and KNOWS SBES is about to become something MASSIVE. Heck ya he's trying all he can to get a piece of the action. Not a leg to stand on IMHO.

There's no right or wrong way to look at the story. I'm just pointing out we only have one side of the story and it takes two to tango. I would love to read the complaints if anyone is able to access/share them. Two things that lead me to be cautious:

1. The 8k from January announcing control passing to Min Mar... https://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/USOTC/south-beach-spirits-inc-SBES/stock-news/79129228/current-report-filing-8-k ... clearly states all previous officers and directors have either resigned or been terminated yet 4 months later we find out that one Martin Ustin was not and apparently inherited by the Xu whith the subsequent change of control.

2. Any attorney with a pulse knows treble damages are awarded against frivolous lawsuits filed so its really hard to believe that description of the Ustin complaint.

I agree Ustin was likely screwed out of $ and further speculate he has a lot of paper protecting his IP. He is a man with 8 patents, and a law degree so is well versed in protecing himself.

I will further speculate that Ustin's complaints are just a first step toward him going after the party that sold him out. IMO that would be either Prince, Min Mar, or Xu orsome combination of the three with Xu being least likely.

It's certainly an interesting show and I'll be watching but I don't expect the control issue to be resolved quickly.
