When will the FINRA/SEC cancel this stock as you mentioned since many years ago? Any news or Key actions from its bankruptcy court? Why so many shares (over 170M shares OS count) are still held very tightly by the shareholders? If a stock is going to be canceled very soon then its majority shares (80% of OS or more) should be dumped at the bids 0.0004 ~ 0.0001 till 0 x 0.0001!
