In this case a RS is needed to fix the share structure. This is a new company taking over. They want a fresh start. The RS will not changing the market value of the company. It's already too low now so there's really nowhere to go but up from triple zero. BTW anyone who is bag holding MCDN shares will be due shares in the new company per Ken Williams. I don't know him.
