Re the RS, not holding my breath, but perhaps GSF will wait until both the disclosure statements AND the next annual report (deadline July) are out before doing the RS, which might give the share price, at the current structure, an opportunity to rise a little bit, as 'proof of concept' that it can increase and hold its value.
Otherwise, what typically happens to .0001 stocks after a RS will happen, namely, the price will just plunge lower and lower again, with the new opportunity to sink, which was previously blocked by the prior .0001 floor.
