some here are saying escrows are not the owners of these trusts though and that they were all sold to investors and it's those investors whom will be getting the distributions not former escrow holders. Can anyone here show definitively otherwise?

Is this correct and remember they have until April 25th to file.

Now I do NOT THINK they will but imho nothing can be done until their time TO FILE HAS EXPIRED

Ron, first I am very happy that Alice stood up for Equity as nobody else has or advised us of how bad a Equity was represented by many in this case. Sorry that you feel bad someone was actually working to protect Equity’s interest.

Further, since the last Creditor has been paid and in your view distributions should begin, why in the world would Alice’s filing stop the distributions? Sounds more like a cop-out for when distributions do not happen anytime soon and more than likely the distributions will not happen until BK case is closed.

I would hope that I am wrong about distributions, but it sounds like you are preparing to use Alice as your scape-goat BUT will not work with some of us long timers that are still here.

"The last WMI creditors were addressed and paid in full on Feb 25th. Now that all creditors are addressed, the ABS Trusts Trustees can commence with distributions to the holders of the Certs.

So yes we should be experiencing distributions at anytime now. There is no reason not too."

RON, I hope we all see the Distributions next week... I don't know why we haven't seen them yet as of last week. My Main Apprehension is that Kosturos, MW, WMILT & the COOP Leadership may be conspiring a "Fraudulent Conveyance of our Assets" under the cover of BK by NOT Disclosing anything to us about the Income Streams coming to us from these "Bankruptcy Remote" MBS Trusts.
