SO LET ME GET THIS STRAIGHT, YOU ass/u/me BY THIS POST THAT THE MARTA CLAIM time to file does not have expire before anything can move forward.

Is this correct and remember they have until April 25th to file.

Now I do NOT THINK they will but imho nothing can be done until their time TO FILE HAS EXPIRED
