YEPPERS it seems to be a CONvenient COVER YOUR ARSE, when their supposed weekend distributions or soon to start dates don't take place.

Ya know sort of like their assured PROMISED ON APRIL 24th distributions that DIDN'T TAKE PLACE either and many here had told them they would not happen

Possible Open Litigation can freeze the Distribution process. The REIT Trustees don't know to whom and how much to distribute until the issues is resolved.

Yes, Alice's sloppy filing can gum-things-up for Class 19.

Ron, first I am very happy that Alice stood up for Equity as nobody else has or advised us of how bad a Equity was represented by many in this case. Sorry that you feel bad someone was actually working to protect Equity’s interest.

Further, since the last Creditor has been paid and in your view distributions should begin, why in the world would Alice’s filing stop the distributions? Sounds more like a cop-out for when distributions do not happen anytime soon and more than likely the distributions will not happen until BK case is closed.

I would hope that I am wrong about distributions, but it sounds like you are preparing to use Alice as your scape-goat BUT will not work with some of us long timers that are still here.
