The interesting case of the progeria children - who age a decade for every year and die at age 13 but are in their 90’s...

their bodies have almost every hallmark of old age including severe cardiovascular disease, yet, not one brain (all have been studied post mortem) has ever shown any sign of dementia or any accumulation or instance of Amyloid.
They also are immune to some forms of cancer and cataracts (hasn’t the S1r been implicated in cancer and vision in preclinical?)

They have no sex hormones - they go from prepubescent to death. No Alzheimer’s.

Yes, the theory may/will need to adjust for seizure activity - will look into it. Thank you for that! Valuable contribution. Will be working to get some answers, on the double.
