I am interested in eating/drinking healthier. I suspect that you mention the above book because you like it. Have you adjusted your own intake as a result, and have you noticed any improvements? Anything in particular that made a big difference for you? (I have already cut out all sodas for several decades, and have tried to cut back on portion sizes and be more aware of nutrition labels and choices, but I still have much improvement to make. As a short term goal I would like to make some changes that could result in weight loss.
