Bitzio didn't do anything except to go out of business.

Anohter corporation (or legal entity) somehow became the legal owner of the GERS shares that Bitzio used to own. Viridis owns that stock now. Greenshift has a legal obligation to show this transfer in an 8-K sent to the SEC.
