GERS shares that Bitzio used to own. Viridis owns that stock now.

Can you show that Viridis did transfer the shares of GERS to Bitzio in the fist place? I never did read any filing about Viridis transferring the ownership of the GERS shares to Bitzio.
I only read that The ownership of Viridis (owner of GERS) was transferred to Bitzio.

In order for Bitzio own the GERS shares and to transfer the GERS shares back to Viridis or to another company, they would first need to have had the GERS shares.
