And how do you know that Bitzio did transfer the GERS shares from Bitzio to Viridis?

The facts that we have is that FCC did transfer the shares of Viridis to Bitzio. That doesn't mean Viridis did not hold the shares of GERS anymore. They could still have held them, when they where owned by Bitzio.

So maybe Bitzio didn't transfer the ownership of GERS back to viridis, but the ownership of Viridis (holding the ownership of GERS) back to FCC.
