NO it isn't. He is responsible for putting out 3 Q's and 1 10k a year. He is responsible for announcing any material event as they happen. It is literally not the responsibility of the CEO of a public company to pump the company so that traders can get in and out quickly with a gain while screwing longer term investors.
No — NO company releases information to individuals . At least they don’t if they don’t want an investigation .You can scream and yell all you want — you ain’t getting ANYTHING unless everyone gets it.
