Falconer, but Big Pharma has lab coats and they do understand the science. I see Anavex being pursued by big fish, the MOA paper is huge for regulatory approvals and the partnership/buyout possibilities. Hedge funds don't understand the MOA but others do.

As I've understood, the Autophagy MOA was unknown to (at least most of) us until the paper just published in Cell.

Before that we relied on 'just' the Calcium Homeostasis theory and the re-connection of ER to MAM MOA.

So in fact now A2-73 appears to have a very comprehensive MOA in restoration of Mitochondrial function and garbage collection?

E.g. the Firetruck and Garbagetruck analogy.
