RSM says "exempt entities" were never amended with respect to ECAPS LP IV & LP V by the bar date order and there was never anything subsequent that explicitly overrode the bar date order to provide they were required to file a proof of claim by any particular date, especially with respect to claims previously scheduled by the Debtors. - Docket 59409

On the other hand, rickey/cotton claims, "LBHI guaranteed the liabilities (CTs & ECAPS), including ECAPS LP 1 thru 3 subordinate notes, issued by LBH PLC with the June 9, 2005 Global Guarantee or Board of Directors' Resolution."
