Those two points I understand. But, I remember distinctly and read on a letter which someone posted. It was a letter from the ECAP trustee to the ECAP holders on an update?? or some type of communication. In that letter it states that the trustee cannot file the guarantee for the ECAPS but each individual holder can and should seek an attorney. I read it. I just cant find it anymore. Can someone please repost? Thanks.

That is there is the Prospectus itself... That is what Cotton is referring to, WRT each of the CTs...
