There was a recent mail that was sent out by the UK Trustee to their holders to update about the ECAPs and the sub debt. They brought up the ECAP guarantee and told their holders to seek counsel and file on their own

One of my peoples got approved for a telephonic appearance to his motion. I still have to work on that.
The difference between A LETTER And a motion is that the judge dont have to respond to a letter. Also there are only so much you can request with a letter.
