what an interesting day

in the last half hour b4 mkt closed
i fully expected PTOI to see another 600,000
in *volume* .. if able to be done .. missed pulling
the screenshot showing bid @ 02ish by CDEL
with 504000 *showing* .. but i did make a note
of it .. because having watched oodles of hidden
and mirrored trades .. to say nothing of the usual
elastic bid and ask *trades* .. done by rote .. the
only surprise today is that PTOI was actually allowed to close *green*

curious to see if *volume maintenance* is in play on PTOI .. over the coming week ..

i remain split 50/50 as to what is in play .. imo the *bid* that appeared and then pulled .. if done ..
would have had Friday's *volume* on par with the *volume* executed on January 29th .. as noted *then*
one would have had to go back to June 2017 .. to *see* a comparable *volume* day on PTOI

so it is quite possible this is just another *trading crew* (Non Retail) doing what they do ..
or it's something else entirely based on NYSDEC permit activity in January 2019 .. and while imo *slim* ..
i can't rule out the January 2019 global alliance venture and *participants* .. one of whom is beyond *au fait* with P2O's technology

waiting on additional longs' time stamp input ..
currently known longs' picks (mostly @ bid .. handful @ ask .. all mirrored) = 153624
153624/602891 = 25.48%

hidden trades = 237059/602891 = 39.32% (that would be plus 30% and why DRS % was *marked* sub 30%)
