Again...misinterpretion of selected content. For example, that letter forms part of the APA. That is all that reference means. It doesn’t mean there is another transaction coming or another part to the offer. They are referring to it forming part of the APA document itself.
If there was actually another significant transaction coming that meant a return to the equity of BIOAQ, it would not require the “connect the dots”, “reading the tea leaves” type of arguments we see here.
It would be plain as day like the Asset Purchase itself. Even the Crane letter got a detailed discussion relative to its “offer”.
