Tell me, is an asset purchase comprised mostly of Bioamber Sarnia Inc's hard assets the same as an "Investment in Bioamber Inc?"

Also, where is the letter mentioned by Dugar from LCY's former CEO Vincent Liu?.

It hasn't been released.

The monitor would have released it but certain documents are still covered by confidentiality agreement.
