The only offers that were received were for the purchase of the plant and other assets, and the offer accepted was a purchase of those assets for $4.34M. That is well known and documented.
This ridiculous notion being forwarded that the monitor is willfully concealing a $60+M transaction from the bankruptcy court and judge is in support of a stock sale.
