What I wrote there is essentially what he said. He did not say that they were on schedule or how far they had gotten. I think it is fair to say that as of November 19 they expected it to take about that much time.

The SAP will be a last minute affair, just before unblinding, imo.

Also, some of that would not be a forward looking statement. He effectively stated that the SAP is about done, so it had to already be submitted to the FDA. If they back off of that, then Less just lied about an event that should have already happened.

Told you the SAP wasn't done yet, Ex!
(And probably needs the PFS adjudication to be three parts done before that.)
